Highlights: empirically unravels timing and spatial conflicts and suggests the relocation of, utilization of, and platformization beneath them

Highlights: this paper empirically supports a digital inequality with offline antecedents, though companied by a moderation effect; our work also calls for an objective while interacted approach in relevant studies
